While NOT officially accredited with any of the organizations trying to institutionalize Spiral Dynamics Integral (SDi), Eric is a long time researcher, developer, practitioner and coach of the model and it’s various applications such as “Integral Life Practice”.

Not only has he utilized the Spiral Dynamics model in his creative projects, but where possible, he’s applied it to various teaching work he has undertaken and has coached individuals, groups and organizations in in North America, Europe and Asia in it’s principals and applications.
