Eric BocheneHere at this official website, you will find more detailed information on Eric such as his biography, details on the various services he offers as well as some past and present projects including his portfolio of works. Also here are the libraries of photos from his travels around the world (as well as of family and friends), video libraries and Eric’s blog, which includes extensive essays from his research as well as general news and rants about subjects he views important and usually pertain to a “transition” he and many other people and organizations around the world are seeking.

This “transition” is the one that will bring our species out from under this “Everybody For Themselves System”, into one that strives for the “Highest Good For All”. Or, perhaps something along the lines of a “Resource Based Economy”.

in my own words…
If we’re talking about a Team Player in terms of someone that blindly follows a “leader” and does not ask questions or interject… well… then I’m by no means a “Team Player”. My understanding and experiences have shown me that organizations seeking team players follow an outdated approach to management and are fundamentally flawed. They are corrupted by institutionalized dogmas and rhetoric. Even studies have illustrated that environments that empower individuals and allow for freedom of expression while applauding uniqueness is far superior and result orientated than authoritarian environments.

That said, I should also say I’m a proponent of environments that utilize consensus decision making processes and empirical applications of the “Scientific Method” with pure — unbiasedly assessed information.

I have traveled to too many places, observed all sorts of people from all walks of life, I’ve read too many informative books, examined loads of history and have studied too much culture and human behavior to see any sign that dogmatic, traditional, authoritarian or hierarchical approaches to social dynamics is in any way affective let alone valuable. All my experiences and examinations have shown me that individuals learn, grow and improve best when allowed the freedom to design and follow their own path rather than follow dogmatic, traditionally socialized prerequisites and ideologies.

The UN-sane and unsustainable approaches that society seems to adhere today, virtually always result in a distasteful attitude towards the concept of learning, creativity and personal growth. This leads to societies that are easily identifiable as stagnant and contrary to the natural laws of our emergent universe and our species’ evolution.
